Each project is unique in structure, therefore pricing is determined once the final scope of work is agreed upon by the client. *Please see the base retainer & design fees below. These fees DO NOT include material or construction labor which are unique to each project; however, the retainer fees are deducted from the overall cost of the project:

Commercial Project Base Retainer Fee: $5000.00
Secures design renders, estimates, and project schedule.

 

Residential Base Retainer Fee: $3750.00
Secures design renders, estimates, and project schedule.

 

Residential Decor Base Retainer Fee: $3000.00
Secures design concepts/themes, estimates, and project schedule.

 

Specials: Holiday/Seasonal-Single Room Decor Rate: $950.00

Secures design concepts/themes, estimates, and project schedule.

Current Hourly On-Site Designer Rate: **$135/hour 
 

 

 

 

*The Retainer & Design Fees are non-refundable upon contractual agreement.

Client has one year to execute the project before retainer expires.

 

**Minimum 5 hours required to retain.
